Richmond Pressure Washers publishes exterior cleaning information for homeowners across the Richmond, Virginia area and takes quote requests through this website. This page sets out what happens to the details you give us.
Details you give us
When you complete a quote form we receive your name, your phone number, your email address, the neighborhood or ZIP you are in, and whatever you tell us about the property. When you call the number shown on the site, we capture the number you called from and the length of the call, and calls are sometimes recorded so we can check quality and confirm what was discussed. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call or send your request through the form instead.
Why we hold it
We use what you send us to work out a price, to answer your question, and to contact you about the job you asked about. That contact may be a phone call, a text message, or an email. If you no longer want text messages, replying STOP ends them; asking us in writing ends contact of every kind.
Who else sees it
The only parties with access are the companies that run this website, our forms, and our phone line, and they act on our instructions only. Nobody buys this information from us.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to function and a spam-prevention cookie on the quote form. There is no advertising network, no behavioral profiling, and no cross-site tracking here.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are held for around two years so we can look back at a previous job. Call recordings are kept for a shorter period. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
