- Roughly how big the house is, and how many stories
- Which surfaces — siding, driveway, roof, deck, brick
- A photo or two of the worst area, if you have them handy

What happens after you get in touch
- You hear back the same day. Call, text or the form — all three reach us and all three get answered.
- We ask a few questions. Surfaces, size, story count and how bad it looks. That is usually enough for a real number.
- You get a fixed price. Not an estimate that moves on the day.
- We book a date. Usually within the week outside of spring.
- You do not need to be home beyond the walkaround, if you want one.
What to tell us when you call
- Which surfaces — siding, roof, driveway, deck, fence, brick.
- One story, two or three.
- Siding type if you know it: vinyl, Hardie, brick veneer, painted wood, stucco.
- Anything you have already noticed — green on the north wall, black roof streaks, a white bloom on pavers, oil under the car.
- Whether you are on a deadline, such as an HOA notice or a house sale.
