The five things that actually move a quote
- Square footage and stories. A third storey means more setup, not just more surface.
- How far the growth has gone. A wall cleaned two years ago prices differently from one that has never been touched.
- Surface material. Brick veneer, EIFS and painted wood each change the method.
- Access, slope and water. Steep lots, tight side yards and low-flow spigots all add time.
- Add-ons booked at the same visit. One mobilisation instead of two.
Why the cheapest quote is usually the most expensive
A splash-and-dash with no detergent means the algae is back in eight weeks and you pay twice in one season. Under-insured operators mean a broken window is your problem. And a zebra-striped driveway is a bill you pay to someone else to fix.
Bundle math
Same setup, same drive, same water. Booking the driveway with the house wash costs us one mobilisation instead of two, and we pass that through. We also discount when two houses on the same street book the same day — ask your neighbour.
Common questions
Why will other companies not publish prices?
Because a number on a website can be compared. We would rather be compared than chase people who feel ambushed at the quote.
Is a $99 house wash real?
It is real in the sense that someone will take $99 and spray your house with water. It is not a soft wash, there is no detergent doing the killing, and the growth returns within a season.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Most quotes are done from an address and a couple of photos, same day.
Will you match a written quote?
